My name is Lauren renee, I’m a licensed esthetician and lash artist with 5 years of experience. I create custom tailored lash sets while maintaining the health of the natural lashes. I am located in South Austin and look forward to lashing you soon! Here are my policies: DEPOSIT • Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total price. RESCHEDULING You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. FILLS • Fills must be booked between 2-3 weeks. Any appointment booked atter 3 weeks will require a new set. Please book accordingly! • FOREIGN FILLS ACCEPTED • must have at least 40% of lash extensions remaining. May be subject to removal and full set based on previous work please DM @RENBEAUTYYY if you are unsure. OTHER INFO. • Please refrain from bringing any additional guests. •No makeup or oil skincare prior to appointment. • It you're feeling unwell, kindly reschedule your appointment. Alternatively, masks will be available upon your arrival. Refunds are not applicable. Payment options include credit card and cash.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you might need to cancel your appointment. Please inform me at 737-410-6448 before the 24-hour window closes to avoid any charges. If you cancel after the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Additionally, any no-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked appointment.
